A Concept That Merges Tradition and Innovation
Minuto Bauli represents the contemporary evolution of the historic Verona-based pastry brand Bauli. The new store offers a unique experience: naturally leavened brioches for 12 hours, baked in 20 minutes, and filled on the spot with artisanal creams and toppings. All prepared right before the customers’ eyes, thanks to an open-view laboratory that emphasizes transparency and the quality of the production process.
Custom Design for an Authentic Experience
Our team has designed and created custom furnishings that reflect the brand’s identity: display counters, functional back counters, and furnishing accessories that combine aesthetics and practicality. We have selected high-quality materials and custom finishes, maintaining a balance between elegance and functionality, to create a welcoming environment consistent with Bauli’s values.

This project marks another step in our internationalization journey. Bringing our artisanal know-how and Italian design to New York is a source of great pride.
